ANNUAL LET'S TALK ROUND | "IT'S TIME TO TALK"
LET'S TALK Colac are excited to bring our message to local football and netball clubs on 12 August for the
CDFNL and Colac Tigers19 August with our campaign "IT'S TIME TO TALK" .
A presentation will kick off proceedings on Wednesday 9 August at 7.30pm for senior club coaches, captains and officials,
showcasing our mission and how, as a community, we can break mental health stigma and encourage help seeking behaviours.
The evening will consist of a presentation about the vision for an empowered community along with our Lets Talk local, lived
experience speakers who will bravely talk about their battles.
Saturday 12 August we will have representatives at every CDFNL match spreading awareness and fundraising, with our
showcase game this year being between Colac Imperials V South Colac. We are thrilled to provide the senior footballers with
Lets Talk jumper's and senior netballers with Lets Talk bibs, with a medal to be awarded to a senior footballer and netballer on
the day. Our marquee will be at the game, offering information, merchandise for purchase and a chance for a chat, ensuring
our message continues to grow.
The following weekend Saturday 19 August we will be located at Colac Tigers, Central Reserve, with our marquee to continue
to spread the importance to our football and netball communities coming together to break mental health stigma.
